We purchased our home through Scott and as far as we’re concerned, we paid too much (which is always the case when we buy property). ;) Obviously that’s because Scott was working on behalf of the sellers as he should, which is why we would list with Scott if we were to sell. When we saw the property we were interested on we rang the Agent, Scott Mann.Our excitement overlooked the time of the night. Friday night 6.30pm. Scott answered our call and organised a viewing time ,with so much enthusiasm, we immediately knew we had a proactive Agent and could tell he was on the ball not a couch potato! Scott was so motivated and nothing was a bother. We liked his truthfully outline of the property and his abolity6to listen.I also liked the respect he showed to his Client ,whilst showing us respect and courtesy. We have the utmost praise for Scott Mann and his Office staff. Smiles and positivity is the aura of his Office in Stanthorpe. He shall be the first Agent we choose to Market our next property sale!

We approached Scott to be our selling agent as we had bought our first block of land about 25 years ago from Cec Mann. Scott was friendly, knowledgeable and gave us good advice. He broke his leg early in the piece and it was interesting to see him go from two crutches to one, to a walking stick and then to leg freedom. This slowed him down somewhat, but it didn't dappen his spirit. His office staff filled in for him from time to time. Our land sold after a while, and we were happy with the price that Scott negotiated for us. And all this in financially constrained times. We will use Scott again if we buy or sell property.
