I highly recommend Jessica Dunbar and the team at Celsius who have managed 2 of properties over the past decade. Living in another state has meant that I have had to put a lot of faith and trust in the team and they have never let me down. They have always found good tenants, performed routine inspections and communicated regularly on any issues or updates. They have also gone above and beyond to organise replacement items in my furnished unit. I don't know many property managers that would personally go and buy housewares for a rental property.
