What I liked about Chris was that he called me the same day I put in a request looking for an Agent (was even on a Sunday) where all the others took days. I was keen to get the ball rolling and Chris was there every step of the way keeping me updated. Even when hit with COVID, home opens still happened. His friendly manner and knowledge of what my house was worth was fantastic.

I listed my home with Jen even though she was an out of area agent. I had dealt with her previously as a potential buyer and respected her calm, responsive manner and her total non-disclosure of any seller circumstances. She has a wonderful way of highlighting and focusing on the best features of properties she lists. My house was on a busy road in Swanbourne, but she brought the focus to the beauty and serenity of the home after you entered. I was never left wondering where things were up to, I was kept abreast regularly of feedback and offers. I found the whole idea of leaving my beloved home very stressful and very emotional.
