I had very defined things I wanted in a house and also a set budget. I looked and looked on the internet found some houses and then took them to Vince. With his knowledge of the township Vince showed me the positives and negatives of each house. He even drove us to another town about an hour away just to inspect a house that I was interested in. He put up with my million questions and my requests to view the houses again. When I was stuck on one particular house he took me back there a couple of times and then made my offer to the seller he didnt try to talk me up in my price. Because I work fulltime it is difficult to reach me via phone but Vince was more that happy to communicate via email and when things changed he always left a message for me. He was always very well presented and pleasant. The office is clean and tidy. I am happy to say the house I purchased has everything I had on my list and within my budget.
