Reliable advice from Remo on local conditions and other service providers. Prompt communications. Remo made himself available for an additional inspection over the weekend, so that family could see the new home. Kept in touch with my lawyer as well to facilitate a back to back transfer/settlement. Helped with time extensions as the legalities were finalised.

I highly recommend Remo Esposito and his team from Central Reality. I recently purchased a home and Remo was exceptional in making sure the process went smoothly. Remo kept me up to date with everything that was going on, to ensure that at the time of settlement all my requests had been met. Also when a challenge arose he found a solution and made sure myself and the seller of the property came to a fair outcome. No fuss. Down to earth
Vince had done a valuation on my house a few years ago and I had found him very easy to talk to. The market then was flat and I decided not to sell. With the current boyent market in Mareeba I decided to again look at putting the house on the market. I naturally went back to. Vince as I had previously found him easy to talk to. We sat down and he reviewed the current market in Mareeba and he gave me an indication of what realistic price we could get for my house and a listing price The whole process was quick and to the point 3 months later the house was sold Vince kept me up to date on possible buyers and inspections during that time If I ever need a real estate agent I won’t hesitate to back to him

Remo's knowledge of our area and his dedication to our sale was brilliant.
Remo compared sales in our area: size, improvements, water storage, water access , sheds, yards, house size, fittings, landscaping, pastures, and fencing . He kept us informed frequently, days, he travelled for us to sign a contract on a long weekend. Highly recommend his professionalism, 3 days for 1, 9 weeks for 2nd.
