Stephanie guided me through every step from preparing to market, to finding trades, what to prioritise, and how to marketing. I felt that nothing was too much trouble. She is invariably polite and accommodating. I felt confident in her knowledge and professionalism. The bottom line is to sell the property which she did at a price that exceeded my expectations (but which she advised was the target). And when there were repairs to be made after the final inspection, she was still there guiding me through the process, even though the property was nearly sold.

Very happy with Susan and Stephanie, both are perceptive, professional, hard-working and have a good sense of where the market is at. We didn't have to go through the inconvenience and disruption of interested, but unqualified people streaming through the property at home-opens, instead we opted for appointments only. Prospective buyers were made clear of our price expectations before a viewing was arranged. Under the right market conditions, and at the asking price of our property, this marketing plan suited us perfectly, with Susan and Stephanie going that extra mile to schedule appointments to fit our lifestyle and work commitments. We obtained a fair price in a slightly unsettled market, and in very good time. Marketing costs and other fees were more than reasonable. For me, the stand-out quality of both Susan and Stephanie is their understanding of people, both buyer and seller, such that both parties feel they are receiving professional service and an understanding of their expectations. Don't be fooled into thinking Susan's gentle approach will let buyers take advantage, you don't have to be an overbearing bully to achieve a great result and happy people on both sides of the transaction. After owning six houses in Subiaco, we have finally moved out of the area, but if we were ever looking to buy or sell in Subiaco again, Centro Estates would be our first and only choice.
