We were very excited to move into our new rental in High Wycombe. Prior to move in the communication was great and the team very helpful. We got the keys and the house was a mess, previous tenant left the property in a state and it was not communicated to us till after we got the keys. Centurion Real Estate has been amazing to get tradies in to fix all the faults but I just wish this was communicated to us prior to move in so we could have waited an extra week so they could get things sorted.

I had no previous experience of letting agents, but Justine and her team have been exceptional in their professionalism and commitment resulting in a tenant moving in 3 days after I settled the property. They were introduced to me by the selling agent and I was a bit sceptical, but Justine took the time to introduce herself and explain her values. Its still early days as far as the ongoing management, but I am very comfortable with everything so far. Highly recommended
