We were very excited to move into our new rental in High Wycombe. Prior to move in the communication was great and the team very helpful. We got the keys and the house was a mess, previous tenant left the property in a state and it was not communicated to us till after we got the keys. Centurion Real Estate has been amazing to get tradies in to fix all the faults but I just wish this was communicated to us prior to move in so we could have waited an extra week so they could get things sorted.

Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologise that the property wasn’t fully ready for your move-in, with several maintenance items still requiring attention. This is never the standard we want new tenants to experience. Unfortunately, the handover to us was delayed by a week and the property wasn’t in the condition we had anticipated.
Our team worked hard to complete as much as possible and ensure the property was cleaned prior to your arrival. However, we acknowledge the remaining items should have been communicated to you beforehand so you were aware prior to collecting the keys. Moving forward, we will be updating our process to prevent this from happening again.
