We me Ellie when she had listed a property in Kalamunda. We knew of this property and were very keen and interested as it would enable us to down size and live closer to the town ship of Kalamunda. It was not a straight forward sale as was part of a deceased estate and various other legal matters pertaining to the sale. Ellie was so helpful and informative with negotiations and finally our offer was accepted and we could proceed to sale. This was subject to our property being sold to prospective buyers who would understand that if our offer on this property as not accepted the the purchase would not proceed. Fortunately our property sold on the first home open and we were able to achieve our objective. Downsizing from a block of 2100sq.m to a block of 750sq.m. We have had a few issues along the way but Ellie and her Company have bended over backwards to ensure that all parties were happy and comfortable with the outcome. We would certainly recommend Ellie to any prospective seller/purchaser. She will do everything in her power to ensure you are happy with this sometimes stressful time. Apart from this Ellie is a bright, keen, enthusiastic and professional person in her chosen field and we wish her every success in her career in real estate.
