Efficient real estate agent without being pushy.
I found Helen to be a very helpful sales agent. She was very approachable throughout the process and always answered questions or dealt with issues promptly. Helen was very quick to pass on questions from the buyer and relay my answers back to ensure the buyer maintained interest. Helen achieved a very good result for me and I was kept informed of the sales process. Oh. And I also purchased this property through her. Helen was equally competent at looking after me as a buyer as well as a seller. Having experienced both, I know she works hard for the seller and works with the buyer.

awesome experience
It was a real pleasure working with Helen. I wasn't sure whether I really wanted to buy my first house but I had seen an open house one day, i met with Helen and explained my ideas and from the get-go, she was extremely patient and eased my decision making process. Helen truly understands how to buy houses. She made the process incredibly easy and her thorough knowledge, not only of general real estate, but of the local market made it a great pleasure throughout the whole process. She's the best realtor with a great team around her. I would highly recommend her

Rental property sold.
Helen sold the property for me with the minimum of fuss, she organised the photos, signs and internet content, after a brief discussion Helen was friendly, polite and easy to work with, always communicating with me and working towards a successful sale which she achieved. I would recommend Helen to anyone wishing to buy or sell property in the general Bayside area.

Excellent Communication

Professional and Knowledgeable
Jon managed the sale of my property with professionalism /local knowledge and excellent communication skills. I felt included in the whole process and my opinion was sought and listened too. Quarte Acre in the city: Bought a 1950s bungalo first time on market for 60 years
