House sale
Simon was a true professional from the start. His engagement around getting the listing was very specific and he was well informed about his local market which installed a lot of confidence to proceed with him. He is understanding patient and listened to our requirements for the sale. He sold the house at our first open home so he delivered what he said he would. Happy to recommend him to anyone wanting to sell there home.

Above and beyond all expectations!

An absolute pleasure to deal with
When we first started looking for a property, I sent loads of emails to register interest. Helen was the only one to get back to me and I warmed to her from the get go. The property she had for us ended up being the one we bought and she was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish with a down to earth attitude and helpful nature. We were new buyers so the process was daunting but she was more than happy to help along the way. Helen is far from the real estate agent stereotype that gets a bad rep!

My husband and I are from NSW and recently sold our townhouse investment property in Wakerley, Qld. We were first contacted by Simon approximately 10 years ago and although we were not thinking of selling our townhouse at the time, I had a great conversation with him in regard to the Queensland property market. Over the years Simon has kept in contact and offered his knowledge without agenda or overestimation of the Qld market. We decided to sell in June 2021 and had a meeting with the sales agent from those who had the property management for our property at the time, for comparison. We quickly realised it was a no-brainer to have Simon market and sell our property. Simon inherited our property with issues (repairs etc) and nothing was a problem for him. The decision to stage the property was probably the best investment we made under Simon’s guidance. The property sold at the first open home and with a price that was not even on our radar! Helen is so honest and genuine. She made our sale so easy.
From my first contact with Helen over the phone she spoke with warmth and professionalism that I could sense immediately. We then met Helen and chose to put the sale of our property into her very experienced and capable hands. She gave us invaluable information and gently guided us through the sale of our property, which sold in 5 days for the price we wanted. By listening to Helen, having the property staged, I estimate that the property sold for a lot more than had we not gone ahead with Helen's suggestions.
