Moving from the UK to Australia with my family in 2008 was a huge change but an amazing experience. I’ve lived in Bunbury for the past 13 years enjoying everything the South West has to offer. I had only been in Australia for 6 weeks and was already working in Realestate as a trainee sales consultant. Once qualified I tried my hand at Sales for a couple of years but then migrated through to Property Management, which I love. I have a vast knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act and excel in making people feel comfortable when faced with the unknown whether a Landlord or a Tenant, I’m always happy to help. Sometimes the process of Leasing or letting a house can be overwhelming and this is where I shine. I’m a happy go lucky person with a smiley personality with an eagerness to please, I’m also a great team member. In my spare time I cant think of anything better then to go exploring, off roading and camping are my favourite activities.

My family and friends would say that I am a go getter and work hard towards reaching my goals. I am a very passionate and bubbly person with a massive heart. When it comes to work, I will always give my 110% in any task given and pride myself in maintaining good relationships with my clients. Before joining the 21 Century team I have worked in a Marketing and Advertising role which has allowed me to gain 7 years of experience in the world of social platforms, consumers as well as great customer service.

She has been a pivotal staff member in helping the office achieve the coveted Century 21 Australia's 2100 Cup in 2015 and continues to seek the best out of the staff to achieve maximum personal growth. Darralyn is currently on the board of REEFWA (Real Estate Employer Federation of Western Australia). Darralyn has a health industry background being a Podiatrist and was one of the Podiatrists working at the 2000 Sydney Olympics. She sold her practice to take on a new challenge and found the real estate industry had just what she needed. She has two adult children and two grandchildren and has been married for 29 years to her wonderful partner Paul.

Hayley originates from Kalgoorlie/Boulder where her real estate career started in 1990 at the tender age of 19. After deciding to move to Perth, Hayley managed properties both north and south of the river until 2005. Longing for a sea change, Hayley made the move to Bunbury where she met her husband and is now raising their two sons.
