About us

DAD was established in 1999 by Darryl Helms and Andrew Spokes, real estate agents living and working in the Australind Bunbury region. Together Darryl and Andrew have built a wealth of knowledge in the real estate and building industries, with many years experience in property development and property ownership, and the drive and determination to succeed at every opportunity. The Professionals DAD Realty office is the only entirely local Real Estate Office in Australind, operating from the Australind Village Shopping Centre, with the sales office facing the Estuary. As they say in real estate... location location location, and we have it! And there is plenty of parking. Marketing is based on good old fashioned service, with friendly staff, easy to access office and no hassle assistance. Our office has high foot traffic passing, our windows proudly display large photos of our properties for sale, our signs are prominent yellow and blue, we have permanent newspaper advertising, online advertising, homes open, and “crab nets” - our whiteboards at the front of our office that everyone passing by reads! We are very competitive on our fees, we market ourselves as the local affordable alternative. Our sales staff are available 7 days.

Service provided was very impressive

We recently moved into a rental home through Professionals DAD Realty in Bunbury, and couldn’t be happier with the service they provided. The whole experience was smooth and hassle free. Their service was prompt and professional and had a nice personal feel about it that didn’t leave you feeling like just another number. All in all, the whole process was a pleasure thanks to the great service provided by Shalee Keirnan, Gillian Williams and Naomi Bray. They all helped to find the perfect home for us - and we are extremely grateful to them for this They were very thorough and handled everything extremely well. We send them all our thanks, appreciation and gratitude for the excellent assistance they gave throughout the entire process . It couldn’t have been better. We love our new home.
