With the current rent crisis going on at the moment, I can't begin to explain the stress I was under trying to find a new home and with Christmas just around the corner and our lease end date approaching fast I was was starting to really stress and started applying for what was in my price range when I came across a property that caught my eye, initially I wanted to stay with the same real estate I was currently with but took the leap and applied anyway. We had the pleasure of dealing with Lisa from C21 when we relocated to Bunbury recently. She made everything so easy and pain free. We were still living in Esperance at the time and were unable to attend the viewing in person. Lisa sent us a video link and walked us through the property. She showed us the house / inside and outside and it was like we were there in person. We completed the application and Lisa kept in contact with us throughout the whole process. It was fast and professional. All necessary checks were done and our turn around time from start to finish was less than a week. When we were meant to move in we were delayed by a few hours and only arrived at the property after 6PM on a Friday. We thought we were going to have to stay in a hotel over the weekend and collect the keys from the office on the Monday. When I contacted Lisa to let her know she offered to meet us at the house after hours and gave us the keys and we completed all the final paperwork. The whole process was seamless and of a very high standard. Thank you to Lisa and C21 for making a very stressful time super easy!
