Normally I don’t write reviews but based on my experience I just scribe some words. Selling first home is emotional and I wanted someone who is not only there for money but understands customer needs. This being said experience with Kevin was more than satisfactory and he took care of everything. I had a minor issue in the laundry that I didn’t see which and Kevin’s due diligence lead to identification and fox the issue before sale. Kudos.

Contrary to other agents I spoke before who all were very interested to sell the property but gave negatives more than positives about the market, Sam was very positive from the day one and confident that we can sell this property in good price. As we all know, the market these days are hard for unit owners, especially mine has higher strata charges which does not attract great interest from buyers, Sam assured me there always buyers out there and he will try best to sell. His advise was transparent and genuine all the time. During the entire selling process, Sam always responded my calls, email on timely manner ensuring the overall selling experience is a hassle free.
