They kept us up to date throughout the whole process and quickly responded to any queries that we had. The team was on top of things the whole way through. From the first time I had correspondence with Kal and NRVE I was made to feel straight away like a person. It's was a personal journey that made me feel great. I knew from day one I wasn't just a number I was a person that was shown and treated with the upmost respect. There was no question to big or to small for Kal and NRVE to answer and this was at any time of the day or night. I couldn't believe I was getting answers straight away in a timely matter even at the odd times I would ask the questions. It was a personal relationship and I was made to feel like a mate and for someone like me that stresses about the littlest thing, due to the personal way I was treated the stress wasn't there. Not being just a number and for Kal and NRVE to treat you as you are the only customer they have. There was not one bit of stress felt by me. I found Kal and NRVE to be a highly motivated and highly professional group. I can't give Kal and NRVE the label of a business because not once did I actually feel like it was business. I have worked in a number of large government jobs that base themselves on their professionalism and I will say that Kal and NRVE are second to none in their line of work both in the selling your property or you buying a property. I have already recommended Kal and NRVE to possible clients and I would not hesitate in recommended Kal and NRVE to any person that needed the services they provide.
