Paul Downman loves golf, currently holding the Presidency of the Tin Can Bay Country Club; he also loves rugby league and communicating with all he meets. He loves the region, for many years fishing and crabbing as well as camping in the area. For that reason the Gympie born and raised local returned to the region he loves, late in 2014 he moved back to the region and in February 2016 he started with the sales team at Century 21 By the Bay. Despite living away from the region for the past few years Paul has continued his connection with the local community. He has held many community based positions, and has spent many weekends at his Tin Can Bay retreat where he now resides. A sixth generation local Paul has extensive knowledge of the Gympie, Tin Can Bay and Rainbow Beach areas. He also understands real estate and sales having worked for retail giant Metcash for a previous 18 years. In a sales career spanning more than 30 years Paul has dealt with Local, National and International companies and brings enthusiasm and understanding to the role, now specialising in Residential, Commercial and Rural Real Estate in the Cooloola Coast Region he can manage all your requirements.

During her time with Century 21 By The Bay (2015–2021), she earned numerous quarterly and annual performance awards, reflecting her strong work ethic and client-focused approach. Rachel brings more than a decade of industry knowledge, coupled with a deep understanding of the Cooloola Coast property market. After a few years residing in Old Bonalbo, NSW—where she continued her community involvement as a committee member of the Bonalbo Bowls and Recreation Club and a member of the Tabulam SES—Rachel has returned to the Cooloola Coast to continue her professional journey. Steph Downman started in real estate back in 2017 as a Sales Assistant for Century 21 Platinum Agents at the Tin Can Bay office and has enjoyed every minute of it. Her highlights include administration and marketing, which she takes very seriously, holding a Diploma of Marketing. She loves making her agents and their properties look their very best online. Steph is systems-driven, sticking to protocols and procedures, and keeps checklists of everything happening. Over the years, Steph has consistently increased her knowledge, earning a Cert IV in Property Services, a Cert III in Hospitality, and a Cert III in Tourism. She has traveled Australia, gaining experience in marketing and presentation through various work and conferences. Now, as one of the business owners of Century 21 At The Bay, she works as the General Manager, proudly contributing to the business's growth. In addition, Steph is now selling properties along the Cooloola Coast, showcasing her expertise in the local market. Outside of real estate, Steph operates her own local marketing business in Tin Can Bay. She enjoys going to the beach, socializing with friends, and hosting dinner parties and BBQs.
