Ken is a straight shooter, refreshingly honest compared to others and gets results
We can’t thank Ken Barker from Century 21 Tin Can Bay enough. We interviewed a couple of agents prior to meeting with Ken and instantly we knew he was the man for the job. Completely down to earth which is refreshing compared to how some other agents carry on. It was also a trying time for the family and Ken understood that and worked with our best interests at heart. Ken’s work and the work of the rest of the team at Century 21, we achieved a sale that we were very happy with. Ken had obtained an offer within 5 days of being on the market (which surprised us) and negotiated with the buyers according to our wishes to obtain a result we were extremely happy with. If you’re selling or buying a house on the Fraser Coast, don’t look past Ken and Century 21 in the Bay. Thank you Ken and thank you C21. Des and Trent

Very knowledgeable and helpful.
Paul was very chilled out and great to deal with. He went out of his way to help us. We are new to the town and he was happy to share local knowledge about what Cooloola Cove is like in general. This greatly influenced our buying decision. Paul gladly helped us conduct the pre-settlement inspection over a video call and this saved us a lot of travel on settlement day. It's a small thing but very helpful nonetheless. Highly recommended 10/10.
