Generally we were very pleased with the purchase of our new investment property. Rosalie was very patient and aware of our needs. The whole procedure was very efficient and the paperwork very thorough. The property we puchased was attractive for 3 reasons: * The house was well cared for and did not need renovation * Having a good tenant was a key factor * Lisa is a good manager We wondered if we paid a lttle too much for the property as were keen to settle in the short term.
