We were involved in a difficult tenants in common sale whereby the other owner got a quote from another national real estate company who wanted us to take out a loan with them, paint the property and do other repairs, they also said our price we wanted was "unrealistic." We have used Phil before so got our own quote, saving us almost 20k!! Cannot recommend Phil and his team enough. Our house was sold in 8 days, for the price we wanted, in an 'as is' condition. very professional, very nice real estate agent with many years of expertise.

Adam was extremely generous with sharing his time and knowledge to help us understand the market in the area, and assist us through a remote purchase from interstate. Videos and phone calls ensured we were kept well informed. Information was genuine. As buyers, we were impressed that we were accommodated in such a professional and respectful manner whilst Adam clearly maintained the best interests of the seller, as it should be.
