My wife and I sold our house near Bunderberg, we wanted to buy at Gympie. The houses we liked were sold quickly. Our plan, rent for 6 months and keep looking. Since we had 2 weeks to leave, we focused on renting, Tin Can Bay, came up. Century 21 did a fantastic job in assessing our rental application. The same day at Gympie we were to look at a house to buy. Put an offer in. Conclusion: Hoping to be accepted for the rental, our offer on the house to buy was accepted then Century 21 phoned to say the rental owners oked us. Thinking the minimum rental is 6 momths and now we wanted 6 weeks. I declined the offer. Later I asked if we could have only 6 weeks. Century 21 said yes.
