Being a first home buyer, I had my own apprehensions, but I am so glad I met Vanessa, who was an excellent real estate agent who was able to connect with me instantly. She explained the entire process clearly & offered assistance at every step (including offering to receive calls/messages during weekends as well). She was prompt in communication & kept me informed on every steps of the process. She is affable & easy to converse with. I would definitely appreciate her idea of inviting me on the sale day to take a photo of the property with a SOLD sticker on it. That’s a nice memory to keep cherishing forever. She also recommended a handyman who did a great job that I wanted to arrange prior to move in. Overall it’s a very welcoming experience with her. I wish her all the very best.
