Feeling respected
As soon as other real estate agents heard my budget they would get rude Carolyn was different. She took the time out to show me the property and guided me on how to buy my first property! Other agents want to know your budget and if the property is not worth a lot they won’t talk to you properly! I know it’s not a million dollar home but for me it feels like one! I hope other agents learn to be respectful like Carolyn was and don’t treat people with smaller budgets like a waste of time!

Easy to deal with
Carolyn was not an agent that tried to sell me the property I bought by calling me non stop or trying to over-the-top convince me to make the purchase. This is what most real estate agents do. She made things very simple and left it up to me to decide if I wanted to buy the property, which I highly appreciate. She was also quick to call the right people for any questions I had regarding the property.

Outstanding
Sonia has been super responsive to our requests. She has gone out of her way to be very helpful. I jumped in and made an offer on a property without my wife being with me nor even seeing the place! After I had made the offer, Sonia was working late that night and we negotiated a good price, so all I had to do was show my wife what we had just bought, Sonia made a special trip out of her way to give my wife a chance to have a look over the place, needless to say, we’re very happy!

Property buying
I am a very busy tradesman and found it difficult to confirm inspection appointments to view properties that were for sale. Carolyn stayed in constant contact with me to eventually manage to get me in to see the house. She was 100 percent right.
