I have dealt with Franc in a more professional manner prior to deciding to engage his service to sell our investment property. Franc had provided us with a clear guide on what needed to be done (or not necessary) during the sales process - his expectations and strategy of the marketing was clear. My husband and I were not selling in the best market and we had been pretty anxious everytime we monitored the market's condition. However everytime we received weekly marketing updates from Franc, it had always been positive and very assuring that the market's response was still within his expectation. Communication was kept very efficient. We managed to obtain selling price better than our reserve and the whole process was handled very efficiently. Would be more than happy to recommend Franc's service to our family and friends.

Franc sold my 80yo mother's house for the best price we thought possible in a volatile and falling market. She is a widow now and had never sold a house before, as this was the first house she purchased with my father 60 years ago. He provided great support for her and took her kindly through the process, and having met him and Greg, I had all confidence she would be looked after and respected. Even during the auction which he was the auctioneer, he provided entertaining and engaging light -but-caring interaction with the potential buyers - who were understandably nervous, dissipating any nerves they may have had. Could not have wished for a better experience. Other properties of similar value in the suburb went for $100,000 less that same weekend. My mum was very happy with the result, and the after-sales service has been warm and appreciated for this big life change for my mother.
