Like a true Liverpool local
I have dealt with Carolyn for the past year looking for my forever apartment. I couldn’t tell you how many places I saw with Carolyn and not once did she try pushing me into a purchase. If I didn’t like one, no problem, we moved onto the next one. She has been very patient and understanding will me and my million questions. Carolyn even took me on an 4 hour personal tour around Liverpool to show me different apartments like a true local. She knows your stuff and I know who I will be going to next time I want to purchase a new property or home. Thanks Carolyn. I still owe you that coffee ☕️

An all round excellent service
All my previous purchases were off, so I wasn't sure what to expect when I decided to buy a house in Ingleburn. While looking for a house, I came across Carolyn at one of the properties, and my experience with her from day one was outstanding. She was extremely responsive and always followed up with a phone call to answer any questions I had. I had a few issues with my property conveyancer during the purchase process, and Carolyn was always there to assist when needed. Thank you, again, for all your help. Frank our chosen Real Estate Agent was polite, available, friendly, and knowledgeable on the current market trends. His advice and support through the process was invaluable. The house was being sold due to a breakdown in a marriage. He dealt with both parties equally, kept us both appraised of opportunities for the sale, arranged the appointments and always let us know as soon as there was a new potential purchaser. He was extremely helpful and straight forward with us on the sale of our home. He is a professional in every aspect of the real estate business. He would respond 24/7 if we sent him a text message or called him. Top notch customer service! The period was a long one for Frank as at one point the house was taken off the market to sought out the legal matters. Even though we inconvenienced Frank immensely as he had a buyer lined up at that time, he certainly made himself available once the legal matters were sorted and brought us to a closure regarding the property sale. He worked through the difficulty in a stressful and arduous process and made it as seamless as could be between a couple in the process of divorce, as well as difficult market. I would recommend Frank from Century 21 at Liverpool.
