The Best Agent In Liverpool
I've got no doubt that Carolyn is the best agent operating in the Liverpool area. As part of my due diligence, I rang the top 10 agents in the area as identified by the RateMyAgent platform before choosing to go with Carolyn. I went with her to start with because I could sense her hunger on the phone. When other agents would take days to get back to me or underquote the sales price to make their job easier, she wouldn't. When the other agents in the area were looking at the glass as half-empty, she looked at the glass half full. Carolyn's unrelenting optimism resulted in the sale of my apartment off-market for approx $40K more than the last comparable sale in the building. Not only did Carolyn achieve a sale price a lot more than I expected, but she also dealt professionally with a problematic tenant and solicitor, and managed to get the job done in the middle of a strict lockdown in the local area. I couldn't recommend Carolyn any higher. If you want a hassle-free sale, look no further!

Off market sale !
Couldn’t fault Carolyn at all. We advised her we wanted to sell our property and she did just that and off market too! Great communication, very friendly and approachable, easy to deal with and overall a very pleasant experience dealing with Carolyn.
