Above and beyond!
We were faced with a difficult sale, the house was in NSW and we were in QLD, and the tenants left the property in a very poor state, Carolyn coordinated the entire clean up and trades for us to get it ready for market, without her help before and during the sale we would have got at least 100k less for our property I’m sure. Cannot thank her enough, very hard worker.

Highly recommend!
Greg Andison was a great help throughout the process of purchasing my first apartment. He was quick to reply to text's and would call to give updates on progress and plan. Greg has extensive knowledge of the housing market and provided education on the buying and selling of property. Will be using Greg again if I am looking to buy or sell a property!

What an Agent !
If Sonia is looking after your property to sell - then you are the lucky one !!! I recently sold my property and yes I was the lucky one cos Sonia was my agent ! My target was 5k less then what Sonia has achieved for me!! She sold my property within 3 week's in this market where property stays in the market for over 8 weeks !! She is a legend and communication is tremendous!! I can't thank her enough for her effort !! Highly recommended

Sonia is one of those rare people - she wasn't working for us as such, Sonia was working for the vendors and she didn't owe my husband and I anything but she couldn't do enough for us! Sonia's professionalism is only outdone by her consideration. What Sonia doesn't know about the area probably isn't worth knowing, and I would not hesitate to recommend her. You'd be hardpressed to meet a nicer person, thanks for your time Sonia (even on your days off!), this whole process has been made easier thanks to you and we are so very grateful.

Having had trouble selling with a prior agent, Carolyn came onboard and gave me the professionalism, confidence and enthusiasm I desired in selling my property. She achieved a result that was above what I was hoping to sell for, based on her ability to find real buyers and negotiate effectively. Not just a salesperson but a woman with great integrity, warmth and empathy. She made a very stressful period (due to impending births and relocation) a comfortable one.
