We are from the Czech Republic, where the property market is not the same as here. We did not have any experience when we decided to buy our first property in Australia. I have had a great experience from day 1. Greg was helping us to purchase our property. There were small issues, and no one was able to sort it out but Greg. We bought the property, and there were some minor repairs to be done. I believe, if Greg was not there, we would not have it done correctly. I want to recommend Greg to anyone. We were faced with a difficult sale, the house was in NSW and we were in QLD, and the tenants left the property in a very poor state, Carolyn coordinated the entire clean up and trades for us to get it ready for market, without her help before and during the sale we would have got at least 100k less for our property I’m sure.
