IMPRESSIVE REAL ESTATE THAT DELIVERS
First i saw how quickly he sold a property in my street for an exceptional price! So had to call him! And he delivered! I sold my property in one week for over the asking price! He is honest , friendly, helpful, realistic, hardworking, answers his phone, gives good advice like he really has your best interest at heart! Formed a friendship with him and will definatley use him in the future! Highly reccommend him and his team!

SUPERB RESULT!!!
"WOW" is the first word that comes in my mind describing the service that I have received from Rafi Younes in respect to him selling my property. The level of professionalism, helpfulness and his attention to details is truly impeccable- 10 out 10. From the moment that Rafi came into my property to do an appraisal, Rafi was so organised and precise with his presentations. Rafi has given me all the information and details that I needed on the spot. The way Rafi presented himself, he was polite, very easy to talk to and so knowledgeable about the area of Merrylands and where the current property market is at the moment. At that instance I definitely knew that Rafi was the man for the job and I was in safe hands. Rafi's "no bullshit" approach definitely differentiate him from the other real estate agents. Rafi has told me an accurate price guide of what my property will sell for. Rafi did not use other sales agents techniques of over quoting the price just to get the listings. Because of Rafi's honesty, perseverance and hardworking my property has sold for far more than I expected and I can truly say I am one happy costumer. I first had the pleasure of meeting Fernando when I went to an open house. I had been toying with the idea of upgrading from where I was as we needed more room. I fell in love with the property that he was showing and when I explained to him I had to sell my property first he asked if I had an agent. I had interviewed several agents in the area and while they all seemed competent I hadn't actually committed to any of them. He came by and won me over immediately and I signed with him the same day. It was the best decision and I could not be happier. Fernando made the process for both the sale and the purchase as painless as possible. He delivered everything as promised and I am now happily sitting in my new property writing this review. I loved working with him. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and made everything seem so simple. He made me feel like I was his only client. He had to work to tight deadlines and absolutely thrived on it. He handled all communication with me with patience (and a dash of humour when needed). If I ever sell again I will definitely go to him first.
