About Renee

Carving out a career as an esteemed Property Manager is no mean feat. It takes drive, grit, understanding and sometimes a little quirkiness, and Renee knows all about it. Having been in the industry almost two decades, she appreciates the value in learning what tenants and landlords want and expect, and has a world of experience helping them to achieve it with her guidance. Renee is down to earth and professional in everything she does. She goes that extra mile to truly get to know her clients, their families and uncovers their key driving factor. Her ability to build strong relationships and her tenacious attitude is unmistakable as is her love for the industry and her role. She joins forces with landlords on their journey to fulfil their investment goals and gets that tingle in her toes when she calls tenants to let them know they’ve been approved for their favourite property. Training and working with her team members to help them achieve and celebrate their career goals, also puts that spring in her step. Having been a finalist twice for the REI NSW Property Manager of the Year Award, her goal at Curtis and Blair is to expand the property management portfolio and embrace the company’s distinguished reputation. Her plan is to develop the property management department as a leader in the Medowie/Port Stephens region. A local to Raymond Terrace, Renee is a wizard with her matchmaking ability finding tenants their ideal homes and landlords their prized investments in the most beneficial areas. One of the best!

Curtis and Blair have been one of the best real estate agencies we have had the pleasure of going through since we began renting properties.
