I first met Clay as the seller’s agent for a property I was considering in Maroubra. Clay responded promptly to my various queries while he was doubtless juggling other enquiries and working on other properties. He courteously showed my local “inspector” through the property and patiently answered questions. As I was negotiating I developed the sense that he was a straight shooter and reasonable. From me spotting the place, through inspections, accessing a builders report and settling on price … about 12 days. It was a pleasure to have Clay as the intermediary on this. I would thoroughly recommend him as an effective, professional and results oriented agent.
