Clay was accommodating from the start. I was able to organise a private viewing with him on the day as my aunt was helping me with purchasing a property and was not able to make the open house. Through the whole process, Clay was able to either answer my questions or asked the appropriate people and came back with an answer in a timely manner. There were a few things that needed to be sorted out before settlement and Clay was very helpful with liaising with the vendor.
