I looked at an average of 15-20 houses every week for approximately 2-3 months. Whenever I went to an Agents and Co property the agents were always friendly, helpful and very polite. By the 3rd week I was very well known to the Agents and Co staff and when I went to an opening, they did not need to ask my name anymore and I think they even knew my mobile number off by heart. There follow up calls the following day or on Monday were always polite and never pushy. Whenever a new property came on the market and it was in my scope of requirement, I was called and advised about it. Nick was a great agent to deal with. Always polite and easy to talk to. The property that I finally ended up purchasing was priced to within 5% of what his guide price was. He has been extremely helpful throughout the entire period before settlement. I don't think there's enough room here to list all the positive things, not just about Nick, but his team as well. My experience was great from the start. My sale was an estate one, my dads home, and I had never sold any property before, so I had a lot of questions. there was also a difficult family situation behind it all, and Nick had the patience of a saint, and super professional with any weird enquiries from my family. His communication was excellent. Nick was so happy to share information as well, and had time for decent discussions, which made me feel valued and in good hands. What you see is what you get with Nick, authentic, empathetic, smart, very knowledgeable about market conditions, great ideas for the property, he even had trades to help get through a lot of the cleanup to prepare my dads home, that were both super reasonable and efficient. We will definitely be dealing with Nick and his team in the future, and feel very lucky to have been working with him through the sale of my dads home.
