He was able to get tradesmen to get my father's house ready for sale in a timely manner, such as painting, pool maintenance, flooring replacement, cleaning and cleaning out of rubbish, without us having to worry about it. The sale was made within 4 weeks of house going on the market and for a great sale price.

I would recommend Geoff to sell your home. He was always friendly, caring and honest. I really liked the fact he was realistic about the price home was worth, rather than giving us unrealistic hope. As this was a family home and there were 4 parties involved, I must also say I appreciated his patience whilst decisions were being made.
