This was the first time iv encountered a home on my own..so the experience was quite embraced and c
IT is the first time buying a home on my own. So I was a lil daunted but we discovered century 21 well it was my middle daughter who discovered through Google unit searching and johns one was the first one that popped up. So hunter n i looked at it n decided to call for an inspection. We liked john's friendly warm down to earth approach. Very passionate about his profession n i still remember the first words as we were getting into the lift .He said the words of u" can c how much work is put in here with the cleanliness and that its worth the strata." I like his first impressions. As I don't forget things like that. The lift was spotless so was the inside foyers. So it was unforgettable... Very interactive He has a real fun easy going character. U could b yourself instantly. N that won the purchase besides the unit being my dream come true. He coincided with me n gave me an honest price n answer. It was one of the best experiences .. John is a straight shooter to his words. N very family orientated so he can relate to many families. As in my circumstances he understood. Like they say the universe provides the mirror of you .if u r a positive light. Thank you John! Hunter n i will remember u in years to come.u r a true proficient man.
