About Kendal

A 15 year veteran in the Real Estate industry, Kendal started her career back in 2003 within a well established Strata Management Department. During this time, she quickly realised her passion for Real Estate and decided to make the move into Property Management. Moving to a boutique Agency in South Perth, Kendal’s potential was quickly noticed and she was promoted to Head of Department for Property Management, a position she filled for over 12 years. Building up an extensive skill set during this time, Kendal brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and drive to her current role as Head of Department for Property Management at Century 21 Jones Property Group. As part of a global brand and modern Agency, Kendal has been an excellent fit for Century 21 Jones Property Group and currently has leased and managed properties across a wide range of shires including The Town of Victoria Park, City of South Perth, City of Belmont, City of Perth, Shire of Kalamunda, City of Canning and more! A strong passion for real estate is what initially lured me to the industry and I have been successfully selling real estate for over 30 years. During this time I have involved myself in all areas of the real estate process, including sales, marketing, auctions, project marketing and property management. Throughout my career I have enjoyed building a strong and credible reputation, with a commitment to providing superior service and achieving fantastic results. On a personal note, I commenced my career selling real estate in the foot hills of Perth in 1983 and moved to Carlisle in 1999. I was attracted to Carlisle because of the inner city lifestyle and development potential of property. I wouldn't use anyone else

I engaged Century 21 to manage my first investment property and I'm so glad I did. Kendal, Bec and the team have been outstanding from the very first meeting. They are clear communicators; they explain everything I need to know in a way that is easy to understand, they are responsive to any questions I have and I always receive regular, timely communication regarding statements and renewals. They look after me and my tenants - it's a fine balance they execute with ease. The Century 21 team provide everything I could want and need in a property manager, represent great value for money and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them again and again!

Awesome Property Management

When you live 3hrs from your property you want to have the peace of mind that the management of your property is in safe hands. We have been using the team at Century21 Jones Property Group for around 7 years now and they have made and continue to make the experience stress free. Exceeding Expectations

Excellent professional service that has continuously exceeded expectations going above and beyond the call of duty. Working with the team at C21 Carlisle has been more collaborative than any other property management group I have engaged, working with such commitment and attention to detail as if every property was their own. Simply the Best!!

After discovering Kendal was at C21 Carlisle we moved my entire property portfolio to their management team without hesitation. The diligence and attention to detail the team commits to in managing our portfolio has always exceeded expectations. I feel safe and comfortable knowing that my assets are being managed and look after by an extremely professional team. I have on multiple occasions referred the C21 Team to colleagues and friends looking for that next level service required to manage their assets. Definitely the best property management group I have engaged and have no plans of using anyone else!!
