Davin from C21 WPH has a great personality and professional attitude, that’s very engaging and easy to communicate with. All our requests were responded to with a smile and a can-do attitude. When we were selecting an agent to sell our property, C21 and Davin were a clear stand out.

We are very happy with the professional service that Joseph provided during the process of selling our lovely house. He asked me to trust his process and he would give us the result. Joseph and his team were very helpful and sold our house after being on the market for 14 days, four days before the scheduled auction date and after only 3 open homes. They delivered an excellent service and achieved an excellent result. I believe Joseph did his very best. I am very grateful to Joseph, Jane and Cenctury 21 for such a fantastic result. Well done!

Davin was an absolute pleasure to deal with - he was available every step of the way and always updated us instantly whenever there was news. He even spent hours of his weekend to help us sort out our furniture and decor (absolutely above and beyond). Definitely recommend Davin and his team at Century21 and will go back to him in future.

Joseph is a strong agent in the area. He ensures that he attends to the needs of both the vendor and purchaser and treats them as equal. He makes the process smooth and stress free.

I would not go past any other agent than century 21 and especially Davin. I was referred to go with his team and I’m glad we did. From the get go he was there part of every step and was always available to discuss ideas and how it was going. He achieved results beyond our dreams and also the after sales process was excellent. I will def be using him for future real estate needs.

It is all about his team. They know what the market is like, have the necessary connections and can get the best price for your sale or the best place to buy. An outstanding effort

Joseph was almost a father figure in guiding us through the whole process. Honest, friendly, professional, reliable, helpful and efficient are some of the adjectives that clearly describe him. Most importantly Joseph says things as they are and gives you the complete picture required for a tough decision of spending millions. Thank you Joseph, you are a real gem and an absolute pleasure! A shout out to Jane as well.

When we decided to sell we spoke to Joseph about what to expect and how to prepare for selling. His knowledge and calm but enthusiastic manner helped guide us through the whole auction campaign. We were always kept informed - by his whole team. They were all fantastic - we were made to feel a part of the family! The day of our auction was an amazing event .. we had been guided through the whole process and then achieved a fantastic result. We found Joseph a pleasure to deal with. Nothing was ever too much trouble, we always felt we could contact him at any time and that we were always important to him. Joseph Tan is the best!

From the time when we decided to sell our house, Jane was there to help us with the fantastic result we achieved. Her ability to get everything just right was so important. She was always in contact with us to be sure we knew exactly how our auction campaign was progressing and about what would be happening next. We couldn’t have done it without her!!
