About Adam

“I’ve personally bought, sold and invested in property so I’ve been through the emotion in every area of a property sale” From a very young age Real Estate was something that I always had an interest in. While serving in Army from 2003 to 2008, my family and I bought and sold 11 properties. Being a part of so many property sales gave me a great understanding of the emotions that buyers and sellers go through when dealing in property. For most of us it is the biggest asset we will ever own so it’s a hard choice when trying to find an agent that can not only get the property SOLD but to make sure that it is for the best price possible. Every dollar counts. In 2008 the time had come for me to discharge from the Army and return home to Devonport. The decision to settle down and start a family also allowed me to pursue a career in Real Estate. From day one I’ve been intrigued by the property market and always had a goal to one day own my own Real Estate office. Fast forward to the end of 2015. 7 years of success in Real Estate with hundreds of properties sold, it was time to make the call. With the full backing of my loving wife, Emma, and two beautiful children ( three now ) I’m really looking forward to creating a different approach to Real Estate on the North West Coast.

Multiple offers within two days of being on the market

What can we say other than “what a gun”. Adam used selective, economical and effective marketing to get the initial interest and then his superior skills to negotiate a great price and favourable terms. Adam is professional and easy to deal with.

Adam and his team were very professional, with lots of information on who was interested in my property, how many through the open homes, great communication skills on the phone and in emails and always got back to me quickly if I had a question. Very happy with the sale and discussions on price etc. Couldn’t recommend Adam enough! Very happy
