Selling a property from interstate is not easy, you really need to trust your agent. Having bought and sold numerous properties, Tim is the only agent I would trust selling in North West Tasmania. After having our property listed with another agent twice for a total of well over 9 months, we engaged Tim. Excellent communication, Carlton had given us great suggestions & assistance the whole way through.
