Good Experience
This was the first time my partner & myself purchased land, and the experience was good in our opinion. Adam was forthcoming, honest and didn’t take advantage of our inexperience. We would recommend Adam to anyone interested in buying land or a property.

Highly Recommend
We found Adam to be incredibly helpful and although I know he was working for the vendor and not us, he made us feel like he was on our side and wanted to help us. Having recently purchased another house through a different agency, the differences were astounding! When I picked up the keys for my new house I was made to feel like it was a special occasion (which it was) and the welcome gift meant a lot. When I am ready to sell I won't need to search for an agent as I would be more then happy to sell through Adam

Very efficient agent.
Adam was always quick to return phone calls and respond to emails. There wasn't a time where he couldn't give us an answer to any questions, and he was very professional in regards to client confidentiality. He gives his clients distance to explore the property without feeling pressured and didn't make us feel rushed. I would highly recommend Adam Banks as an agent.

professional and up to date
The Tasmanian Realstate industry as a whole is somewhat outdated and aged, from rental management which I found poor, through to agents utilizing the same sales pitch from 20 years ago. Given my opinion on this, I found Adam Banks from century 21 devonport to be modern and honest in his approach to selling. I was very well informed through out the sale period and would recommend them without hestitation.
