Vicki and Chad gave me 121% of their expertise, commitment and energy. Several times they went above and beyond the expectations of any Real estate agents. I had two open houses and the property was sold to buyers from the first open house. That is an outstanding result in this current market. We were selling a Glenbrook house that was part of deceased estate. As we live in Canberra, we could only make intermittent visits to the house in preparation for its sale. Vickie was simply amazing. In addition to the normal services - advertising, open house, sale management - she went far beyond what we might have expected from an agent. She undertook to organise various repair and clearing tasks on our behalf that we were unable to manage ourselves due to our absence. Vickie responded very quickly when the offer we first accepted fell through and negotiated a second offer that ultimately led to a very quick and satisfactory result. Throughout the entire process Vickie kept us fully informed of progress, which we greatly appreciated due to our geographical remoteness. Selling part of a deceased estate is a stressful task at best; we were very grateful for Vickie's advice and encouragement during this time.
