Very happy with the service

Fantastic job
Maddie and josh were fantastic in every thing they did for me, From start to finish the service was impeccable , they sold my place in 48 hours. I was away before settlement and Josh even come along and put out the bins. If I ever sell again I’ll only ever use Maddy

Absolute professional whose property knowledge and skills are outstanding.
Having known Maddie not only as a friend but also as a highly professional property agent for many years, we were very confident in appointing her to market our Newport property. Maddie's agency had managed the property for us and therefore had an intimate knowledge of the positives pertaining to both the house and land. Maddie thoroughly outlined the marketing strategy and she and Josh conducted the campaign both efficiently and effectively. We were provided with immediate feedback after inspections and kept informed of all interest. Negotiations were always handled in a straightforward manner and the unconditional sale was achieved within weeks. This was very pleasing given the market is no longer at the 2022 fever pitch. We would highly recommend Maddie to both prospective purchasers and vendors.
