We couldn’t be happier with the management of our investment property with Century 21. Attention to detail, timely reporting and understanding of the staff is exemplary. We don’t need to worry about anything with Century 21, which is excellent for us (working couple with 2 young children). Very happy!

I can not fault c21 Nova as far as quickly securing me quality tenants, ensuring the property stays looking excellent, attending to any maintenance, and sorting out rates etc for me promptly as I live quite a few hours of driving away. Everything rental-related is efficient and seamless.

We have recently purchased a rental property in Newcastle and have been very happy with the service so far from Century 21 Newcastle. Nick the sales person was diligent and kept in contact from the open house through to our decision to purchase. We decided to let them manage the rental and everything has been handled professionally, we were kept in the loop through the whole process and they managed to have a tenant ready to move in as soon as we settled on the property.

Casey Healey has been nothing but amazing and exceptional. After interviewing 4 different agents, Casey definitely stood out from the rest and has not let us down on our decision.
