I think you get an opportunity once in a lifetime to meet someone like Wayne Stewart. It's not because you're selling your property that Wayne is so friendly, considerate or thoughtful. I went straight back to Wayne, and the bugger sold it first go to another bugger who apparently loves the hell out of it.. Isnt that what it's all about?.... A bunch of buggers who are all happy?
