Agent staff try to answer and help me a lot about move in. The house hasn’t been checked and fixed properly before moving me in. It’s better to have a bit more days to check and fix the problems than letting me find it out when I start living in and find the problem and ask for help. It’s understandable that agent want to care for owner’s benefit, but to the tenant, our benefit isn’t important too? A few days time to fully fix house problems will cause the lost of rent, but it shows the care and responsibility of an agent should give to the customer, either the owner and the tenant.

I cannot recommend Rohani Kumar and the whole C21 Maroochydore property management team more highly for any prospective landlords or tenants. Rohani managed our unit in Maroochydore for the last few years and she was so professional, proactive and a great communicator. Rohani was always on top of any maintenance issues, routine inspections and rent reviews/lease renewals and made everything so easy for us. Being interstate investors, we really relied on her local knowledge, advice and expertise and we cannot thank her enough for being so friendly and easy to deal with!

We recently needed to look for a new tenant for our property. At the same time, the property needed a little TLC. Amber and her team were very understanding of our wishes and were right on the ball to not only secure a new tenant, but at a date which gave us the time required to get the work done. We can't complain about their service and communication... Excellent!

Nothing was a problem for the girls we had dealings with in securing our rental property. Any questions we throw at the staff were dealt with if not immediately, as soon as possible we received a response. Would definitely recommend this office to family and friends

It sounds a cliche but the moment I waltzed into their office on Duporth Ave I immediately knew I was where I was supposed to be. Having had a rather non productive episode with a rival Real Estate Co. I picked up my keys and came straight here. Rachel greeted me and I was immediately at ease as I spieled out the drama I had just been through and began to work on a plan to get the show on the road asap. Everything done and dusted Rachel was the epitome of communication, professionalism. Her market knowledge was everything one needed in this game and her beautiful team of women were exceptional!
