Sherrill, Ane, Aimee and the team at Century 21 have done an excellent job in managing our investment portfolio. We have multiple properties that are managed through their office. They are easy to communicate with and ensure that inspections, maintenance and routine issues that are part of the rental process are all seen too. We recently undertook a major renovation of a small unit block containing five units. They have been patient during the renovation process and quickly relisted and leased them upon completion. We have previously used two other different agencies to manage our properties. Century 21 on Duporth have done a significantly better job than their predecessors. We have no hesitation in recommending them to prospective landlords.

During a recent changeover of tenants, Liz and Bettina provided an exceptional service as our Property Management Agents. Bettina arranged for the extensive repairs & maintenance required, to improve the property to a suitable standard for re-letting. Once the maintenance tasks were completed, Liz had a selection of suitable tenants available within a matter of days, which assisted greatly in keeping the changeover vacancy period to a minimum.
