There are no words to express our enormous gratitude to Mel Hueso and her rental team. They managed our property for approximately eight years and we cannot find any fault in the way they have done so. Their communication skills, professionalism & importantly their integrity deserves a special mention. Previously we had an issue with a very difficult tenant but Mel & her team had always been there to help us and to represent us at the Tribunal hearings. As we live interstate, it was difficult & worrying for us but she had always taken the time for us and to stand up for what is fair & correct for us. Service has been good. Only area for improvement is the Exit Inspection being different to the Entry Inspection, show quite a few differences in what items are identified as needing maintenance or repair. Quite an expensive difference and confusing for an owner trying to do the right thing.
