Just wanted to thank Aimee and the team for helping us find some great tenants for our property. Aimee went above and beyond in helping us, as we are overseas and were building a new house at the time. Aimee took care of all the liaise with our builder, completed our handover for the property and lastly found us tenants within 3 days of the property being ready. We were a little disappointed when our current tenant gave notice to vacate because they had been very good tenants. We needn't have worried because the team at Century 21 on Duporth quickly secured a new tenant at a much higher figure than we had expected. Looking at rental properties had been a stressful and daunting experience for us. On this occasion, we visited a property leased out by Century 21. Liz greeted me and my family with a big smile, and asked where I was from. She also gave me hope, by encouraging me to put a lodgment in, even though many others had already lodged their forms before me. Liz called me and we also I exchanged emails and with regards to the rental application process, making sure I had the correct information and seeing where I was at etc. I felt guided through the whole process, and was ecstatic when I was the successful applicant. In the office, all staff were professional, friendly, down to earth and very approachable.
