I did not think that the team had a very good understanding of our expectations. Their communication was poor and their timeliness of actions was slow and required prompting. I would not recommend.

Maraeka who was the leasing agent kept in excellent communication with us throughout the leasing process. Nikita then took over after our approval of the lease. Issues which occurred on our entry have been dealt with promptly and other matters identified will be addressed in due course. We feel very confident in their management of our lease. Special recognition to Bonnie on reception who took my initial enquiry and guided me as to next steps. Very knowledgeable and a lovely person to have front of house. Most impressed also with Damian from Shine Plumbing and the handymen that C21 use.

The team is prompt and professional with extensive knowledge of the market which helped guide us through setting up for a smooth process in owning an investment property, from advice on high growth areas to consider (we did and picked up an amazing property that has had huge growth) through to recommendations on Landlords insurance, depreciation schedule and much more. We had the pleasure of having Rohani, as our property manager who has done an amazing job of every inspection and informing us of any queries our tenants had. Overall our experience has been professional, informative, and friendly. We Highly recommend the team here!

Aimee and the team are amazing! We wanted a property agent we could trust to meet our needs while we were out of town indefinitely. Aimee knew her stuff, took time to get to know us and our needs, and was always ready to answer any questions or concerns. The whole process felt transparent and supportive for us as landlords and, we believe, for our new tenant. The team are very familiar with our area in Birtinya and our apartment block.
