Dealing with Sam and Sonia has been pleasant. They are both very professional and friendly. C21 seems to have good systems in place. Our property upon moving in, in general was in good order. The only things that stood out which i believe could have been done better were that the bins were dirty and smelly, the grass has two weeks growth and is messy. Our belongings will not arrive for another two weeks because we have moved from Mackay. Now we will have to pay to get the lawn done to keep the property tidy. Rubbish was dumped in the bushes at the front of the property e.g. a kitchen rubbish bin full of junk. We have since disposed of it.
