I am well into my Senior years and have bought and sold many properties in my life, and consequently worked with many Real Estate agents and Ryan is one of the very best I have experienced!! The property Ryan sold for my wife and I, was part of the deceased estate of a close relative, so it was an emotional time. In fact, we lossed 3 close relatives in 4 weeks, and our lives were in turmoil! I am also fighting Cancer, so a lot of time is spent in various medical facilities. On top of all this, not one, but two Wills were lost in legal processing causing delays, confusion, and much added work. I only include these dramas because it directly impacts my opinion of Ryan. Not only did he sell the property, but through his negotiating skill, persistance and caring attitude, he managed to maintain the sale contract with the original buyer despite the legal confusion and dramas. On numerous occasions he went well out of his way demonstrating an exemplorary service attitude as he assisted us get through this very traumatic time in our lives, for what was a comparatively small sale. It has taken almost 6 months to finalise the sale due to the confusion caused by the legal team, and during that time I have come to know Ryan very well. He is a delightful young man with strong business and personal ethics; very effective sales & negotiating skills; a caring attitude which is very rare, and who never looses sight of the fact he is providing a service!! Damien was very helpful when first contacted but after sale there was no communication unless we sent email. We were looking forward to meeting when we went up to Queensland but instead met an assistant that we had not dealt with. She was very friendly and we had no problems but we did email to say that we wanted to meet with him and he agreed.
